I began working with Nadia in the summer of 2023. We initially began working together as I wanted to enter my first bodybuilding competition. While I've never been one to back down from a challenge, sometimes when you have goals, the pathway to get there can seem daunting. Nadz makes you put in the work, endure the pain and get through all your sets without yelling or any similar nonsense. She reminds you what it takes, and she knows - her experience speaks for itself.
She tailors her programs to work for your goals and schedule, and even when you're not feeling 100%, she motivates you to get through it (and offers excellent psych therapy too). I can't speak for others, but she doesn't suffer fools either. If you want to improve your physical health, you have to put in the work (as it should be). With Nadz, I always feel like I am progressing, and if/when I am not, I know the fault is mine, not hers. She's tough, but fair and nice and genuine. You can always be yourself around her.
