Choose from 1:1 Personal Training, 2:1 Partner Training, or Group Training, with up to 6 others per class. All in-person sessions take place at Training Lane, 487 King St E, Toronto— a private, fully equipped training space with filtered water, glassware, showers, towel service, and parking.

Partner Training
Train with a friend or a partner for added motivation and accountability. Thoughtfully designed programs that challenge both individuals while keeping training focused and effective.
Driven By Coach Nadz Bootcamp
Train in a small, motivating group environment designed to build strength, confidence, and proper technique. Learn alongside like-minded individuals with shared goals, guided by Coach Nadia. Every class is different, with hypertrophy and strength-focused training, lots of personal attention, and a clear progression plan.

Contest Prep
Elite-level coaching for physique competitors seeking precision, discipline, and stage-ready results. Includes training, posing, nutrition guidance, peak-week strategy, and ongoing support through prep and beyond. Additional offerings include reverse dieting and off-season custom programs.
